Install BUILD on your phone's home screen for quick, app-like access to your training and nutrition plans.

Open the App

iPhone (Safari)

  1. Tap Open the App above
  2. Tap the Share icon in the Safari toolbar
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
  4. Tap Add in the top right corner

Android (Chrome)

  1. Tap Open the App above
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top right
  3. Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen)
  4. Confirm by tapping Install
